Michael shot my first headshots when I joined BBC News in 2015 and I asked him to come back to do my updated ones in 2018. Michael made me feel super relaxed when taking the pictures, had a good eye for detail and made sure I looked smart, and offered lots of creative suggestions on lighting and backgrounds to get the perfect shot. All I had to do was turn up and try and look presentable!
